NEW CLASSROOMS AND BOREHOLE AT NDUNYURIWO
Two new permanent classrooms have been inaugurated at Ndunyuriwo Primary School, with a prayer of blessing by Fr. Giacomo, with pupils, teachers, parents and guests, Ol Moran Education CSO Mr. Kimani, the President of Mwanga Association Stefania Beccaro. The classrooms have also been furnished with 30 desks. At the same time, a prayer of blessing and a ground breaking ceremony was performed to inaugurate the project of drilling a borhole to provide the school and the local community with drinking water.
The classrooms were funded by the WALDESIAN Evangelical Church of Italy (‘8xmille’ Fund) and the Association MWANGA (Padua, Italy), built by JONJU Buiding Contractors (Nyahururu). The desks were sposored by Mwanga and made by the Parish workshop. Special thanks to KDF NGOISUSU FOB for facilitating the delivery of desks to the school availing their means of transport. The new borehole is also funded by the Waldesian Church and Mwanga Association, built by PUMPZEN Engineering Ltd (Nanyuki). Ndunyuriwo Primary School is a government school Catholic sponsored, assisted by the SCHOOL SUPPORT PROGRAM of Saint Mark Catholic Parish Ol Moran.
