KDF VISITING OUR KIDS
A group of soldiers from KDF Ngoisusu FOB has visited today the children of ‘The Magnificat House’ for a charitable day, on the line of an ongoing program aimed to foster a closer military-civilian relationship. Also a team from Mugie Nature Conservancy joined and supported the event.
The KDF (Kenya Defence Forces) militaries offered their services facilitating some counselling sessions to both boys and girls, preparing lunch for everybody, cleaning the compound, bringing gifts and aids to support the kids assisted by our Sisters Servants of the Visitation at The Magnificat House, within our Parish. The day was concluded with a tree planting ceremony and a prayer of blessing.
