KDF VISITING OUR KIDS

A group of soldiers from KDF Ngoisusu FOB has visited today the children of ‘The Magnificat House’ for a charitable day, on the line of an ongoing program aimed to foster a closer military-civilian relationship. Also a team from Mugie Nature Conservancy joined and supported the event. The KDF (Kenya Defence Forces) militaries offered their services facilitating some counselling sessions to both boys and girls, preparing lunch for everybody, cleaning the compound, bringing gifts and aids to support the kids assisted by our Sisters Servants of the Visitation at The Magnificat House, within our Parish. Joyful, blissful, colorful day for 11 couples who solemnized their marriage in Church, and for the Parish community at large. Baptism, Confirmation and First Holy Communion were also celebrated for some of the spouses and other Catechumens. Great blessings!! DEACON JOHN & SEMINARIANS FROM OL MORAN and FROM VENICE

Deacon John Kariuki is one of the four new Deacons ordained at Nyahururu on Saturday 5th July 2025. He comes from Magumu Parish, and he served at Ol Moran as a Seminarian from January to June of this year. Today he has come to Ol Moran to celebrate together with us the gift of his ordination as a Deacon. TAILORING TRAINING AT HEKIMA HOUSE

The second group of 7 ladies has concluded the training for Basic Tailoring on Friday 4th July at Hekima House Education Centre, in partnership with the organization 'Sosteniamo Insegnando' (Padua, Italy) as the donor, with our Sisters Servants of the Visitation who are managing the project, and with the Ministry of Labor and Social Protection. Albino & Dory, from Sosteniamo Insegnando, were also present at the ceremony for concluding the project and inaugurating the nex group that will begin the six month training next week.
